We ordered floor joists and concrete to be delivered today. The people at customer service were very helpful. The delivery man did an amazing job.
The place is getting as bad as Wal Mart. Crap in the isles. Customers having a tuff time maneuvering around. Another store more concerned with sales than their customer comfort.

My husband, Donny Meckel, went to Home Depot with our son-in-law, Jason Volkman, to purchase some stuff for our daughter's and Jason's new home they just purchased. When he went to use his Military ID they informed him they only accept active military ID's and honor Veteran's on Memorial Day, Veteran's Day and 4th of July. Really! Our Veteran's don't matter to you? So, once someone has served their country they no longer warrant a discount at your store? Terrible customer service! We've traveled from Pullman multiple times now to shop here only to leave disappointed by the lack of customer service. This last trip we wanted a quote for a few thousand dollars in materials. After being jerked around by the lazy employee for a couple hours we left. I called to complain and was told I'd be taken care of. After multiple check-in emails, and 3 weeks of waiting, still no quote. Must be nice to not need our money?!

Ordered a expensive gas fireplace,they lost it,or stole it,i havent received it,after i already paid,i call every day,and i get excuses,but not the fireplace.I was completely ripped off,,very upset. DONT SHOP THERE!! alls u get is upset,not what u order.Im going to call the better business ! They stole my item.And I am not a satisifed customer
