Ordered days ago and was supposed to be delivered today. We called to ask where our stuff was. The rude wench on the other end said we just didn't schedule a delivery. I asked why not? She replied, don't know, you should have called to schedule it. I said, what's the point online delivery and scheduling? she said, oh well! Recommendedwell after getting faulty appliances at another local store,,including a freezer that lasted maybe 2 yrs..i went to homedepot and bought a 20 ft upright ....BEST FREEZER I HAVE EVER HAD....AND WHEN AND IF I DECIDE 2 BUY A NEW DRYER I WIIL GO THERE
Had a great experience with the Lewiston store last night . While digging through my driveway to connect a new water service to my shop I discovered the line was routed differently than I had anticipated. I ended up ripping out a 15' piece of rusted galvanized pipe severing the line to my house. Jill approached me in the plumbing aisle and I told her what I had going on. We have most always gotten good customer service at this home depot in Lewiston. I am sorry that some others have not had this kind of experience though
Poor service. Disorganized store. Workers do not know what products they have
Do not buy anything that has to be delivered! Horribly destroyed items with literally everything that has ever been delivered.
