Home Depot is the best . I got my granite counter tops and new appliances I absolutely love them. Then They called to tell me I had a refund coming From the remaining purchase Lowe’s doesn’t do that. I am a Home Depot Person and recommend them
Ordered a fridge scheduled for delivery on 11/27/2019. It arrived broken. Home Depot informed us that they didn't know when it would be re-delivered. No apology, no call the following week to let us know what was going on. Finally got in touch with someone who told us delivery was scheduled for 12/13. Called this morning to find out when fridge would he delivered, was told delivery had been pushed back to 12/19. Called Home Depot to cancel order. Many thanks to Rickey for his assistance this morning. Given that it was a busy Saturday morning, he still took the time to assist me with a problem that I created. I’m not the best at plumbing and often make costly mistakes. He was extremely helpful and understanding. Many thanks again for a great employee and an awesome person.
