This store must remove the lady with blue hair from working at the customer service desk. I find her to be incredibly condescending and not a great representation of the company.

Every time I go here you have to almost beg an employee to help you. Store looks like a dump. Go to Lowes. Much better service and the people actually act like they enjoy working there. And the place is clean.
Worst customer service EVER! Went in to buy about $500 worth of light bulbs. After I had to track someone down was told the person in the department was on break and would be out soon. 15 minutes later he arrived..didn't have half of what I needed and was told he could not order it. Trying to checkout with what little bit was available, the only checkout open was self checkout. Apparently, my lightbulbs weighed too much and needed associate.
