It took them 40 minutes to bring my dryer from the back of the store to my vehicle. Never going back there. Lowe's is just as close with better customer service.
Tiffini in returns went above and beyond to make my return smooth after the computer system went down for most of today. She was professional, friendly, and followed up on the return. Great employees like her are why I shop here.
I usually don't have problems with this location, but recently purchased items from this store and was charged the wrong price. Well I wasn't overcharged but given a discount that this store has now tried to take back.
Open more regular cash registers, check on returned items to make sure they haven't been used.
Worst customer service EVER! If I could give negative stars I would. I had to keep calling them for up dates on tool boxes I paid for in full. still getting the reason there not in yet because of truck not coming. Jesus there warehouse is down the road have someone pick them up. They always but on a big show about Customer Service how about doing it. All talk.

I can't give any stars. We ordered a new appliance from Home Depot and we tried to use it last night for the first time. The glass door shattered. We have tried to get in touch with HD all day today. No one answers the phone. Exasperated beyond being rational. New appliance and it is broken. Bought the warranty and was told they would be right on it. Lie..... No one answers the phone. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
