We have been waiting close to a week for resolution about a Samsung washer. Our Samsung washer was bought at the end of January and it flooded our garage. We bought the extended warranty from Home Depot and have been getting the run around about who they still need to talk to about refunding us the money for the washer. Super disappointed in Home Depot today. I spend a lot of money here and today was told I didn't get my military discount on mulch because it was a sale item. My 21 yrs of faithful service to our country doesn't apply to sale items? Ridiculous Home Depot! You can't pick and choose when you support our troops!
I love Home Depot but talked to Jim the assistant manager about the fact that they have 4 wheel chair baskets for the disabled, and all were down. Seems to be a common problem at the store. Asked if we needed to call ahead to see if the carts would be operating. PLEASE FIX THIS ISSUE ... WE ALL LOVE HOME DEPOT BUT HAVE TO GO WHERE WE HAVE ACCESSIBILITY TO THE STORE
I went to the Home Depot in Hampton today. The parking lot had been scrapped "HALF FAST". The drive ways between the parking spaces were cleaned very well. However, none of the parking spaces had been cleaned at all. Even worse, the snow was pushed and piled up in the handicap parking spaces. The Home Depot manager who hired the cleaning crew should be made to remove the snow from those handicap spaces with a Lowes shovel...
Not feeling the love from HD today, their lack of assistance is really making me feel like a valued customer... Way to go, guys! Looks like it may be Lowes time...
Heard 2 friends in the past week say they were going to spend their $$$ at Lowe's due to sales people at HD apparently being uninterested in helping them. Hmmm...Customer service is EVERYTHING, peeps!
