Racial profiling: when you walk into one of you favorite stores, smile, and greet each employee you see. You then hear the lady at customer service calling another lady and then a random male employee comes out of no where and stands behind you to see if you stealing or not. I got what I needed and more. I'll take my money to Lowe's from now on.
This store is in desperate need of new management!! Placed an order for flooring with my husband in about 90 seconds. Did it incorrectly(overcharged him) then took about 5 workers(2 managers) about 90 minutes to fix!! Horrible customer service every time we are in there. Lots of workers but very hard to get any help! Something needs to be done!!!!
Only one customer service helping at self checkout and no regular lanes opened. Older people like the lady behind me does not know how to use these machines. Also military discount works one time and then not again for 3-4 times. Started to wait for help, but so was another person. You need to get a lane open that is not self check out and get your military discount feature fixed.
zero registers with actual employees to help checkout. Only self checkout which I HATE to use. Attitude from employees and just not a well organized store. They must've just gotten a shipment because almost every aisle had boxes and product in the middle, very difficult to maneuver a shopping cart. No one greeted us anywhere or asked if they could help.
We were visiting from out of town and participated in the kids workshop. It was an amazing setup! Much better than my local one! The staff was friendly and there was plenty of room for the kids to assemble and paint their project! I would highly recommend going to this location to anyone!
Need more staff available to help customers. Seem to have plenty of cashiers just all the associates seem to be hiding from customers.
Poor customer service, even up to the store manager. It seemed I was bothering the manager....
Horrible customer service don’t shop here. Went in with a price match exact same model numbers from two different competitors. Didn’t honor price match due to price. I asked to show me where it says that on the website. She couldn’t find it then told me some bullshit lie it’s store policy. Took my business to Lowe’s and couldn’t happier.
