I would like to thank Rick and the lady that helped at the DSAMC play date last night! We had fun making a wooden bug house kit. Love all the different kits you have! You hosted a great time for us all and your hamburgers rocked!
The HD is our weekend getaway. They're remodeling our home from the inside out. This weekend we finished staining the deck we built from wood purchased from The HD. We bought all new windows, carpet, front door, garage door, french doors, lighting, hardware, ceiling fans, paint, fixtures, etc. My son works there too :)
The delivery of the appliance was just great, but they need to find another contractor for the installation. That was totally wrong and will make me double think buying an appliance there because of it.
Horrible customer service. Had multiple employees walk by and ignore us. And when we finally got help he didnt know anything about lawn mowers... so he called another associate who then took forever to come help us. Thank GOD for Farmers Exchange in Kennewick, where they have AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and knew what they were talking about! Plus we got free gas for our mower! Your employees need trained and their heads pulled out of their a$$.
Great place. And amazing employees.from the cashiers to the head of departments to the met team.
