I am extremely dissatisfied in this Home Depot location. We purchased over $6000 in flooring and installation here. When we came to pick up the product it was forklifted into our truck. When we arrived home to unload the 52 boxes of vinyl planking it was completely soaked and molded so it had obviously been sitting wet for some time. We had to drive 80 miles round trip to pick up, return and get new boxes. My husband asked to speak to a manager and he did absolutely nothing about the trouble we had gone through. We went into the store today with our 8 1/2 week old pup to also do a little socialization while picking up a few things. We were greeted by one of your employees in the parking lot, who went ahead of us looking for a cart so the pup could ride inside. Three other employees all enjoyed a short visit with our pup. Very impressed with your staff.
The Christmas selection this year is amazing!! As always great products and helpful staff!
