It’s pretty bad that there was 3 of us trying to find certain items in the hardware department and 4 floor associates walked past us all without even asking us if we needed any assistance in our search. I heard on talking to another customer in the next row over and I waited for them to get done and then I hollered over for some type of assistance to no avail. Staff always friendly and accommodating love the deals and sales after the holidays.
Very friendly and eager to help. I called the night before to have something put on hold, when I got there they didn't have it but quickly contacted someone to grab it and bring it to the front. Made my life with two toddlers so much easier. Thanks again ���
The whole staff was beyond amazing! I needed help finding something and the lady at customer service was able to take care of it for me. When I was checking out she asked, if I was able to find the item. Her ability to follow up seemed liked she genuinely cared!
