Horrible delivery service! Never received a call to confirm. I had to call them. Refrigerator does not work. Called Samsung, they couldn't fix it. Called Home Depot, who was supposed to call me back with a day for them to pick it up. They never called, but instead had Samsung call me to try and trouble shoot it AGAIN. Didn't work. Finally set up a day for Samsung to pick it up, which is 10 days from the delivery day. Mind you I have been with out a refridgerator since before the 5th. They delivered on the 15th. The products are fine. We are having multiple issues with multiple orders. Ordered interior doors - after weeks of ordering someone deleted our order and had to start all over. Still don't know when we'll receive them. Delivery service for a refrigerator was awful. The doors were the wrong hinge and the delivery guys did not want to fix it. They said they didn't have the right tools and we would have to schedule another service call so I told them to use my tools. Their home delivery service is terrible! I ordered a washer drier to be installed. Don’t even get a call, I had to call the. To find out my delivery was cancelled because it was missing a part. Had to wait another week for new delivery. They texted the window the night before so we removed our old washer and drier. They showed up and washer had bid dent in front and they could not guarantee the door would seal so I has to refuse it. So we have spent thousands of dollars at Home Depo building our house and today needed to exchange $300 worth of doors. They scanned our drivers licenses and said sorry your declined! I call the 1800 number and they say that they do not guarantee returns!!! I am so pissed off right now. I will never shop there again. Writing the attorney generals office tomorrow! #boycotthomedepo
