I am highly dissatisfied with the customer service I have received with The Home Depot. I ordered cabinets 3 months ago. I was told it would be 2-3 weeks to arrive. It took 12 weeks for them to arrive. We pulled them out to check them over and tore out our kitchen. After we tore out our kitchen, a faint crack was noticed in an end panel. By having the items you order online in stock so you don't get your order cancelled or half filled and now have to go to a store even further away to get the actual product that was suppose to have been at the first store. No discount even offered for all the trouble.

We come here to the Pontiac MI store a lot, and it is very hit or miss if we will get good service. This evening, Sunday Aug 17, we arrived about 7:15 in the middle of a raging thunderstorm. We went to the covered entrance to unload our returns from a big project. The clerk at the Pro desk went and purposefully locked the doors even though we made eye contact with her. Around 11:30 this morning I was returning quite a few items to the service desk. While I was working with a gentleman at the desk, the woman working at the other service desk needed through the isle - so I thought she was just moving my cart to get by. I was signing for one of the purchases I was returning, when I turned around my cart was gone with my stuff in it! I went yesterday for a return, was asked for help by kids in parking lot. They were aproached by a possible pedophile.I went in told staff, went back outside H.D. employee did nothing. I had to intervien H.D employee just watched and offered no assistance.
