Ordered Hampton Bay cabinetry for laundry room project. Was told to order online. What a joke. Couldn't find order. Spent 1 1/2 hrs at the store on Wednesday while they found all the cabinets. Was promised the order would be available for pick-up at 9am. My contractor sat there until 11:05 am before they found the order. Expressed my anger and frustration to the manager. I hate this store. I've bought water heaters, fridges, drywall, plywood, every large item in the store and never once had help even offered from the employees. No one knows anything. I dont mean like they cant offer advice, if you ask them where a specific item is theyre lost. It is your worst bet for home improvement shopping, but unfortunatly theyre open when others arent, leaving you with no other choice.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORSE THAN COMCAST. I WAS PROMISED BY MANAGER KEN AND CORPORATE CUSTOMER CARE ASSOCIATE ALLISON THAT BERNARD WOULD CALL ME AT 8:00 AM TODAY, IT IS NOW 3:00 PM STILL NO CALL. I HAVE CALLED THE STORE 4 TIMES EVERY HOUR AND HAD TO HAVE CORPORATE CALL TWICE AND THEY CONTINUE TO TELL ME HE WILL BE CALL ME IN THE NEXT HOUR. I CAN RANT FOREVER ON THE TIME I AM SPENDING TRYING TO GET SOMEONE TO CALL ME BACK! THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR WEEKS NOW!
