I hate to be that customer, but I must inform other customers on the problems with Home Depot’s sales, delivery and installation departments. Do NOT purchase appliance products frome HomeDepot. Purchased microwave for son for Christmas, it's over stove and to high and they will not give refund or exchange. very poor customer service!!! I will not be dealing with home depot Fter being good customer with rental properties for many many years!!!! UNSATISFIED CUSTOMER!!!!! Still in original packing

RecommendedI just want to say how much this Home Depot team manager cares for her employees. I was there at 8:30am today to return and purchase. The manager had the crew preforming stretching exercises. I am so impressed. Great Home Depot team, cares about their employees!
I have never written a complaint about a store or product before. Never. Life happens, people make mistakes BUT, I cannot move forward without cautioning people about the kitchen designers at Home Depot Rochester Hills, MI. They have toilet flappers
This store is a constant disaster. The aisles are so full of carts and products and broken merchandise you can hardly navigate down one. There is no way on Gods green earth this store is being cleaned and sanitized properly with condition it was in at 9 am this morning an hour after they opened. Also most of the time when asking for help the answering is “I really don’t know where that would be, sorry.” Please train your employees better.
