Today again spent over 1 hour in this stor dept.e and was unable to get assistance from anyonto complain e. I even helped a couple of other customers find what they were looking for. I was in lighting dept. hardware and lumber. Later when I called to complain the person claiming to be manager told me I need to stop at customer service and request that a manager walk through store with me to assist ! What a bunch of crap. I did notice they now have SNOWBLOWERS in stock !
Why are people so lazy and selfish these days? At home depot in chesterfield and ask to have them use their hi low to load some wood.. The employee says they don't have the help right now and continues to talk with another employee....
Love my "HOME-TOWN" Home Depot.....staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Store is always clean and easy to navigate.
