Spent nearly 3hrs in store buying our new bathroom remodel. Service on floor was excellent. Made our shopping much easier. Will be making many more trips to this store.
Was looking at dryers, just a simple one that dries clothes.Found one for $399.OK then they came back and said it was $456.That's all
The lumber area is not stocked. Hard to get someone to help you. Called store manager and I'm still waiting, over 20 mins now, for them to get wood down.
Cash register people need to know how many feet are in twenty four inches and the difference between inches and feet +. 4 pieces of pipe cut at 24" charged for 9'. PS pipe is in 10 foot lengths not 16
We bought 2 Christmas trees the day before thanksgiving, the woman who sold them told us said they would be $60 less on Black Friday. We told her we'd come back, she then proceeded to tell us we could just bring our receipt up for a price adjustment on Friday, we just went up there and were told they never price match! I've been waiting for flooring to arrive for well over 3 weeks. Today, only because I inquired, you discover that Traffic Master never processed the order! Now i wait another 2 weeks at least! My house is disassembled and my card was charged, that's great customer service!!
