Order 2 doors for pickup. First door was fine, all the pieces were there and door was in good condition. 2nd door has obviously been returned after being hung on someone else's house. Missing all screws, scuffed, and bent. You can also see the marks from where the previous owner had hung the door up. When paying good money for a door you would expect it would be new and have all the pieces to install . Will not be using home depot for any future home projects.
Thank you for limiting customers, requiring masks and keeping everyone safe. A really dumb customer (I'm being nice calling him dumb)made a scene and staff handled it so well. Thank you HD staff for all you do. You are very much appreciated!
Don't think I'll be back for awhile. Employees are NOT practicing social distancing. Cashier's at service desk working side by side , employees standing around in groups talking, when I mentioned to 2 employees, they were too close- I was told "it's ok, he's my brother". Self serve cashier's coming right up to customers to assist with check outs. Was just running in hoping to find Clorox wipes- safer to stay home.
Great customer service ! No complaints!!

At 72 I need a lot of help lol they are the best.
