I love Home Depot and always have a great experience while there. The employees are always helpful and kind.
I went to buy a lawnmower. None in the bins. Went to ask for someone to see if they had any in Stock. They sent an elderly person who didnt seem to know much. . I waited for over an hour before someone came and found the mower I wanted. Im disabled. It was not fun to stand waiting for an hour.
I dropped my pressure cleaner off to get fixed, they told me they need to send it out to see if its under warranty, I said that's fine, Well after telling them over and over call my cell phone cause they cant understand when I say DO NOT CALL MY WIFE CELL, I called to see why is it taking so long just to tell my if I have to pay or not to fix.....they say sorry sir we lost it in transit. WTF you lost it? it took over a month to tell me that.
Just Plain Slow. Everyday. If I didn't live 3 blocks away I'd be shopping at lowes or the other Home Depot on 22nd.
We've been to this Home Depot almost every other day for the last two weeks. Bought over 60 bags of mulch and lots of other things. Every time the cashier calls for assistance for me, its takes a long time. The same thing happened today. The elderly lady in front of me had some heavy purchases. The cashier called for assistance for over five minutes with no results. Paid for my purchase and loaded my purchase and assisted the elderly woman because Home Depot wouldn't.
The women and men that work here are great! Always so helpful. A gentleman did me a solid and helped me find screws for my shopping cart. He even put them in for me!! I was so happy; it made my day!
