Purchased a Kitchen Aid refrigerator November 2019. It stopped functioning while we were out of town.. Everything in it was spoiled and rotten and stinky. We returned home on May 4. After the royal runaround the bottom line is we still have no refrigerator. We will NEVER spend another Penny in the Home Depot.I forgot to mention that we purchased the extended warranty!
While waiting for a self serve register a guy asked the associate where to find something. I pointed out to both of them he was standing next to me without a mask. The associate said he couldn’t do anything about it. I asked another associate and she also declined to do anything. This is the second time recently, It’s farther to Lowe’s but only shopping there from now on. I don’t need to get exposed

This morning, I went to Home Depot on Tyrone Boulevard today and had an experience that brought me to tears, in the best way possible. I was buying a heavy vanity top that was located on the top shelf. In stark contrast to my recent experience with IKEA, the staff was more than willing to assist with getting it down for me. My dogs & I love the friendly & helpful service we get at the Tyrone Home Depot. Every staff member is helpful, friendly & doesn’t mind taking a minute to share a dog treat with my pups. I so appreciate the staff & this clean & efficient store!
