I was there this morning for drywall and wood and the young guy with dark hair thin refused to help us load the truck saying it was against store policy. So they are not there to help you load and he said he could not use the stretch wrap cause it too was against store policy to use... we are two elderly people and he refused to help us! I am so tired of being stalked by some solicitor, trying to get me to hire them for a home improvement project, every time I go into this store. It happens every time my husband and I are there. Yesterday was the last straw....and we're done with this nonsense. You'e not the only home improvement store around.
They have what you need, and everything is laid out logically. I can never find anything in Lowe’s except in the plants section.
Went to Home Depot today to pick up some items. Used debit card at checkout. It asked if I wanted cash back. I hit NO. Next it brings up how much do you want. I hit cancel. Go through this process 3 times and it goes through and gives us $30 back which I did not ask for. Even the cashier said the reader was acting up but the manager said their was nothing they could do. Trying to get a new bathroom floor through Home Depot. They are so messed up and confused! Everyone I talk to tells me something different and no one can correctly tell me accurate and consistent information. Avoid Clearwater Home Depot, in my opinion!
Very Nice people in Appliance department.no rush. Ended up buying new Fridge
