First time home buyer - Strike 1 - Needed a new front door. Measured the height/width/distance from top to deadbolt/distance from top to knob. Visited this Home Depot. Walked around for over an hour trying to get assistance (spent 3 hours in total trying to get help with minor projects for the day). Finally got a "specialist" to give me advice on doors. He asked for the measurements. Measured 14 doors. None they had in stock matched. He then measured a pre-hung. BAM! A match...Continue Reading

Just to let everyone know we have been able to partner with the city to get our back gate opened from 6a-8p.....
The 8 foot wide board on board privacy fence size is misleading. The wood pickets are not all the way out to the end. The ends are about 4 to 5 inches missing actual pickets. The nails are not secured in the 2x3s. The overall width varies from 8 ft - 1/2" to 8 ft - 3/4" not 8 ft even. Be very careful and check each panel out completely before you go and install some broke panels. The bundles are not straight, they are about 7 and a half feet wide because they overlap them so they won't fit on a 6 ft wide Trailer.
Home Depot does not care about their customers security. I had $1,500 in tools stolen from the front row of their parking lot during a 10 min trip inside. Manager says the cameras only cover the covered bay and none of the parking lot. Customer care is the worst with them. No help whatsoever.
We go once a month for the kids event and the ladies who run it are absolutely wonderful and so nice! They help you get all the things you need and my boys really enjoy it! Wish it was more than once a month! Thank you for letting us create fun memories Home Depot!
