Poor customer service me and my mom had to come in to get a phoset for the kitchen and it took us almost 2 times to ask where the phosets we're and that shouldn't happen definitely not coming back very disappointed iin the poor customer service

Was initially helped finding what we needed but when we went to return a few items the associate that helped me was very dry (minimal words spoken) and even though he gave me store credit his body language and facial expressions reflected someone who did not want to help me. Just not very good customer relations even though he mustered up a, “Have a nice day” as I left. Hoping Skip was just at the end of his shift and was tired of doing returns. I will likely visit a different store next time.

My husband has spent 3 days trying to get help with two items that are under warranty. Oh my gosh the lady manager was talking to him and she just turned around and started helping another customer. Never said excuse me or I’ll be right back, Right in the middle of their conversation. She never came back to finish with him. He was livid. They said they had no record of our purchase of around $1,200.00. We finally found our receipt with proof of purchase of the 5 year warranty and the item .
