just sat in this store for over 30mins & SEVERAL phone calls to front desk trying to get assistance with no luck. Not a happy customer. Taking my business to Lowe's

terrible service to you if you look like a worker bee. almost ignored.
They owe me almost $3300 since 11-19. I keep getting the run around on when I will get my refund. Time after time I am lied to saying it was processed and every time I check I get told...it will be done today. I even talked to the asst manager at the local Woodlands store who said there is NOTHING he can do. When i said yes you can call whoever is supposed to be providing the refund he said again... there is nothing i can do. I have been promised a call back three times and never got that either.
