😡 Home Depot, The Woodlands, shame on you. I’ve been so careful. It was an online order so I could get in and out. I wore my mask. I asked cashier if they could cut the wood for me. She said yes. I waited in line for 20-30 minutes while warehouse guys used forklift to load plywood onto shelves, never acknowledging those of us in line. There were several of us. Poor customer service, wanted to sell me a returned dishwasher for more than it was listed on the model. So we settled on another then wanted to charge me a $69 fee to have it delivered. I said no thank you I will pick it up and the sales lady so no you can't. So I don't fell like being charged to purchase an item for Home Depot. So thank you to Lowes who will deliver it tomorrow free of charge or pick up from the store with no charge either.

Bad customer service by assistant store manager Angela. Would not fix the problem or make it right.. makes me want to shop at lowes from now on
The guy in the plumbing department thought it was funny and literally laughed in my face that they were out of stock of a faucet. I told him it wasn’t funny and that I was going down the street to Lowe’s. He then tried to talk me out of doing so. Just makes me want to do it more. Customer service sucks. Only went there for convenience. Will not make that mistake again!
