I purchased a washer and dryer 2 days ago and was offered three delivery dates (Thursday, Friday, Saturday). I initially selected Friday, however some came up and I had to change the date to Thursday. I called the number provided as the Home Depot Customer Service team to reschedule. After wading through multiple menu options and sitting on hold the resolution I was given was to call the manufacturer. Why offer a "customer service" number if they can't actually provide me with the service that I need?

I hate to have to write but my family was done wrong by the Home Depot and now it is my duty to warn everyone “””Use Caution””” while ordering anything from this place. My Mother ordered a door from them I was sitting right there when she did order it… The door comes and it’s the wrong size… Today they tried to blame everyone but themselves. They just told my Mother to go pound sand with a door that cost $1100.00……. My Mother is 72 years old I hate to see anyone take advantage of the elderly.. But my Mother has been so upset... read more

I went to rent a backhoe. I called a head of time. When I got there (Took me 45 minutes to get there) I was told they don't rent that king of stuff after dark. Then when I told the guy at the desk that I was told I could go get it, he made me wait another 45 minutes because he had to wait for another person. .
