Don’t like the place mmmmmmmmm
Ordered a refrigerator and it was delivered and working well. The delivery men would not pick up take out the old refrigerator because it wasn’t on their order, it was on mine though along with the charge. Arrangements were made to come the following week. Waited home from 3-7 for my scheduled pickup On Black Friday and Ofcourse a no-show... a wasted evening.
Ordered flooring while speaking to someone in store and then I attempted to cancel but was told that it was up to the store manager since it was a special order. I offered to pay the 15% restocking fee and purchase their whole stock of tile which I wanted and was told no because the order was in the store already. I then called to pick up the flooring so that I could return it else where, they advised me that the flooring was not in the store. Absolutely terrible customer service. I run a service company and would fire every employee I've dealt with so far. Ridiculous.
