Great place
Outstanding customer service!! Andrea took really good care of us from start to finish when our grill wouldn't fit in my SUV. Was also nice to get some complimentary ice cold water too on such a scorching day! Kudos HD Derby!
Unfortunately Home Depot has gone from hiring knowledgeable people in their fields to staffing their stores with bodies to simply stock shelves and run a cash register. Except for one employee who actually brought me right to an item (thank you!) 5 others simply stared at me dumbfounded. Needed assistance to get a pipe cut and after waiting forever left the store. No one ever showed up to help. Nothing close to years ago when the employees were trained.
Waited 17 minutes for help, had some one page for help twice, no one ever came. The cashier that paged for someone to help me sent her own husband over to see if he could help me because an employee never showed up. Next time I will just go to Lowes
Don’t ever buy anything from here. You’ll only live to regret it!!!!!!
I have to complain about something, something I would not normally do in public, but it’ about a problem someone caused for my folks, well mostly my Dad. My Dad’s name is Ed, short for Edward, and this week he had a lot of problems with his wood. And well, to be honest my Mom also had a problem with his wood.
