I had a night and day experience with customer service today. The first person who "assisted" me was passive aggressive, at best, and irritated at my questions when they could even be bothered to interact with me. Once Jason took over though, I felt like a valued customer. Jason was friendly, competent, professional, and I really appreciated his assistance. Thanks again!
Wish I could give zero stars. I Purchased a brand new Amana brand washing machine. Three weeks later it breaks down. Fair enough things happen, but they send a FREIGHT DRIVER to fix it? What?! When I called customer service to help they gave me a new appointment for next Friday (hope they send the right driver this time). They also laughed at me when I was understandably frustrated rather then help. I work in customer service, and I exhaust every possible avenue until my customer is satisfied or I make it up to them. Good service
Had the absolute worst time EVER trying to get my appliances! I’m not normally one to complain but I’d give 0 stars if I could! GE, the delivery team is terrible to deal with too, been lied to by them, had them come to my house to fix something that was wrong with my installation and never even came to the door, just drove away and never answered the phone afterwards!
