Still waiting 9 months for a refrigerator that was delivered damaged to be replaced. Unbelievably bad customer service and follow through. Emails and calls unanswered.
ordered and payed for a washing machine over a month ago..and have had 2 scheduled deliveries and 2 no shows ... have to keep changing work schedule to accommodate them and they don't even show
Messed up blind order. Almost 40 windows. We've left multiple messages for the rep and managers, with no call backs. Ordered custom blinds. All were suppose to be cordless. Most were, some came with cords. 1 had broken slats. 1 door missing. 1 extra (assume this was suppose to be the door). install had delays, so we had to install ourselves, as we had tenants coming in. Still waiting on call backs to fix, with no avail. Guess may need to dispute charges to card?
Remodeled older home, tried home depot, first purchases with VA ID ok and a sales rep that really helped, next time manager informed me that ID was only accepted on Veterans day, went to Lowes and through course of remodel spent close to 35K,couple exchanges that Staunton, Lexington, and Waynesboro all helped in every way they could. Lowes continue to have my business.
Ordered a shed, flooring, shingles, paint and caulk online to be delivered. Paid for delivery and paid the extra fee to know when the package would be delivered. I was working night shift and had my mother at my house with my phone waiting for the package. When I woke up, my mother said the package hadn’t been delivered yet but when I looked outside, they had dropped the package off in the middle of the driveway. I had a garage door opener installed by an installer that Home Depot uses the installers had put the garage door opener in incorrectly which resulted in damage to my new garage door opener. It took them over six months to resolve the problem and basically their attitude was so sad to bad! I would never recommend them! The poorest customer service I have ever experienced! I think the store manager needs some courses in customer service!
RecommendedPaul Terry clearly demonstrates the fortitude, work ethic, initiative, and great customer service at our great local Home Depot. Because of his can do attitude, he has helped us with everything paint wise, even helping us find a freezer. Promote this man, he is a one man band!
