I had a flooring estimate done. It was done poorly, contained a number of errors, and had the wrong per sq/ft installation cost included. The estimate also included a repair kit and putty that I would be required to pay for in case the installer made any mistakes. Imagine that, charging the customer for items to repair any mistakes made by the installers! Very disappointed in the level of service and communication. Three seperate negative interactions with the Howell Home Depot. I feel NO value in being a customer. There are many businesses in this community I will continuebto do business with. Not this one.
Service has gotten poor.maybe they should pay people more.but it's still a good place to get the things one needs.
Terrible service all around today.. Service center person was so rude I couldn't believe it. Light bulb person... Never mind.. Horrible customer service day.. Glad I switched to Lowes
Never go here for carpet!!! Ever!!! They messed up the order info 2 times and then told us it would be delivered the 17 th now it's the 2nd and Move in the 30th when we were assured it would be there! Come to find out they are not even suppose to give a date the biotch just wanted us to sign! Go to lowes!!!!!'
