This Home Depot was fine until COVID-19 ... the governor in Michigan says to go into a store we must wear homemade masks - 1/3 of the people yesterday (4/27) did not ( repeat: NOT) have masks on ... Management should have refused them service - this whole thing is going to take a lot longer to get rid of if people don’t comply & more importantly- what about your employees? Their safety is worth a few hurt feeling when the offending customers refuse to follow the rules !

1 register open with a store full people and customer service had 3 customers waiting for 15 minutes and the line didn't move an inch. workers just standing around chewing the fat. Will not be going back to this location.
Terrible Customer Service. I asked for assistance with something and was told that I was basically on my own, because they were too busy. Lowe’s, here I come!
We just picked up a large flooring order from the Howell store and none of the employees offered to help us load it into our trailer. Apparently customer service isn’t included with the purchase!
Today was my Kids 1st Workshop for the month of April! This was the First time My kids Attened! I would like to take this time to say Thank You to the Two Woman workers from Home Depo! You did a Great Job with kids! The kids all seemed to enjoy the Bird House Project! Also The Easter Bunny was a BIG hit aswell! Looking forward to next month! Thank You again! Note... Hope the little People can get an apron in May! We found out they did not have any at this time. Thank You
We drive from Ingham County to see you and we live minutes away from the Okemos store. You guys are absolutely wonderful. Paul at the pro desk saved my day and was very knowledgeable about technology and getting my rebate. Thank you! Will shop more and more
