Rob in lumber absolutely made my day. I came in with a broken dresser leg and when the replacement legs that were in stock didn't fit into the nut, Rob found a scrap of wood and built me a new leg then explained how to secure it when I got home. I was so grateful for his help.
This store has a huge problem with their communication skills and handling a $300 mistake on tile. They have dropped the ball 3 times now one person said they ordered the correct tile and that it would be here on a Sunday. Sunday comes they can't seem to find out what's going on. Placed on hold to get disconnected. Calling back into the store seems to not get us anywhere this will be the last time we will ever deal with this store and possibly this company. The customer service I experienced at this store left a bad taste in my mouth. Perhaps the self check out cashier, pro desk cashier and floor manager all need reminded that sticking with a customer until thier needs are met is the #1 priority. Perhaps these people all have a heavy workload in which case Home Depot should attempt to resolve that problem as well. Overwhelming- If I had big projects to do, I would love it!
Home Depot you suck! Went to both stores in town,neither store had employees who could or even wanted to help me. I will never do business with you again! Will take my dealings and go to Lowe's,where I can get the assistance I may need, where I can find the items I need,and folk who do their jobs with a smile! It will be a great day when you get closed down,and I hope I get to see it!
