A huge thank you to Jacob McWethy for going above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for today! I really appreciate Jacobs help and exceptional customer service today. Although, we weren’t able to find what I was looking for even though your system said you had 202 I still left happy and with a smile thanks to Jacob.

I have always been told that if a Klein tool breaks, take it to HD and they will replace without any issue. I had a small stubby screwdriver, worth about $12, with a broken handle. The rest of the screwdriver was in very good condition i.e. no hammer imprints on the end from using it like a chisel. line outside of people buying non essential items.. hour wait to get inside line of people not spaces 6 feet apart the manager on duty says that I'm preaching to the choir and call 1800homeDepot, in other words get bent. contractors that need to work cant stand in line wait for people that should be at home. home depot is wrong by selling these items to non essential people.. essential workers should take priority to do it yourselfers that should be at home .

The employees are mostly not wearing face-coverings when I went by this morning, and when I asked why not, I was told, "we were told we didn't have to." Another reason to shop local. The managers of the Ace downtown where I ended up have their crew in tune with reality.

Carol was awful. Extremely rude and condescending. She complained the ENTIRE time she helped load mulch. She’s seriously the worst. Will go out of my way to go to Lowe’s from now on.
