This store is horrible. The employees are clueless and slow. Don’t bother ordering online to pick up at the store... believe it or not it’s even slower than just purchasing in store. The employees clearly hate their jobs. The last three times I was in the store I heard employees outwardly complaining about their job. I’ll stick to Lowe’s from now on.

We are renting an apartment in Fort Collins because my husband is having medical issues. I went to Home Depot to get a piece of wood cut to put a window unit in our small apartment. The piece of wood I got was so chewed up on one side even after painting it with two coats it looks like someone ran it through a scraper
If you want to donate money to a giant company and get nothing in return, I’d highly recommend shopping at the Home Depot! If you want the things you purchased, though— I would recommend going literally anywhere else.
I went in 3 time in the past week for 3 different projects. Every time, I had employees walk past me and not acknowledge me, much less ask me if I needed help. When I did ask for help, where a very specific item was they showed me where a totally different item was that they thought was "better" for my project. They would push for there item when it would not work. I will not be returning to any Home Depots.
Man....I shop there all the time ..and the one across town. I usually love these stores. However, this past visit had been total FUBAR. First ol' boy at Harmony store quoted and tagged bathtub walls, when he also pulled and priced a SHOWER basin. I made it very clear, standing with him their IN THE AISLE looking at the Skus that I needed shower walls. I show up and the ones I need are $150 more than the ones he quoted me! Whatever. It would be great if they kept a paint associate in the paint department that could actually make my paint for me without me having to tell them how to do their jobs. I should get paid to train their staff
