The customer service is spotty at best at this store. They managed to lose a patio door so it was not ready for the installer, and when they "found" it, the door was either the wrong one or they had reordered the wrong door in the first place. When the installation was rescheduled, the delivered door was the wrong size. I was not contacted by the store with any information about what was going to happen next.
