customer service is non existent. when asked to speak with a supervisor,the supervisor refused to speak with me.

If you have ever had to deal with Larry you have my sympathy. He was verbally abusive to my mother today (4-23-2020) after she asked a question about parts for a swamp cooler she bought. He yelled at her, called her non-essential and said he had other people that needed more help than she did. Excuse me but EVERY customer deserves the BEST service no matter the reason for their visit. I am a breaking point I purchased a washer on 02/28 20 I was charged an added amount to delivered. They took my old washer and brought a broken a product that leaked all over my floor i have waited close to a month. And they retrieved the broken washer and refused to give me a full refund. Get a better Manager. She is obviously not cut out for this job. I don’t know how you can fix the screwed up orders but one they are a wreck, somone needs to deal with it. She is not capable.
Horrible. Workers are lazy and not helpful! Asked a guy where something was and he looked at is and said if it’s not here it’s on the other isle then took off.
I always shop at Home Depot. Been to Raks and Lowes very poor customer service. At Home Depot always have someone helping and they always answer my questions.
