Just want to say Ali and Maria were a hoot and a joy today making my keys team work makes the dream work ...lol may I say only two employees who even made eye contact walking by us .. and there were others whom did walk right by .. but hey let's stay postive Maria and Ali thank you for your help
Really don't appreciate your company calling me for 5 straight days and leaving me voicemails stating we inquired about service on our HVAC when I d@mn well didn't!!! 1) Don't feed me BS on a telemarketing call. 2) JUST DON'T CALL!!!!
This store has failed me today. Placed an online order which was completely misfiled. Drove all the way from south austin to track tile down. There is lots of confusion with making up for their mistake, with some finger pointing. Waiting for resolution
They sold me a dryer that hasn't worked since day one. I have been without a dryer for almost a month and it will be another two weeks until the next repair can be made. We spoke to the manager and were told there is nothing they can do because it is GE's problem. A small store credit to help pay for an extended warranty would have helped but we totally got the "it's not our issue" response.
