She has a great personality, customer focused, recommended a better and less expensive product for me that suited my needs, and was super helpful. Order a refrigerator last Monday and they said they would deliver it Friday from 3-7 and wait til 730 and they never showed . So I called and they said there truck driver was running behind but couldn’t tell where the truck drive was at . Waited til 9 pm . Called Saturday and said they said the computer messed up and never got delivered and that we hade to wait til Monday to get it delivered. So we called this morning and now they said they can’t find it . And through this whole time no ones even apologize for anything

Hot garbage. Had to wait 30 mins for them to unstack 2x8’s to get to the 2x6’s
They are so friendly! They have hosted our Young Men’s Service League for the last 3 years to teach our boys about how to safely use tools. DaveL., assistant manager, was so friendly and came in on his day off to work with our boys! Thanks Home Depot for your hospitality!
Great job, Adrian! I was limited in time on Friday 02/01. I asked for someone who knew hardware to help find a particular screw. Adrian looked at the screw. He immediately told me it would be a Philips head, not a Torx head, which was fine by me. He did a quick thread check and went straight to the drawer in which he found the screw.
