MOST of our experiences here have been ok. However, I think I am done after this issue!! We went on Saturday and decided to buy a new toilet. We looked at each, picked out one based on reviews and the video I found on YouTube showing it can flush ANYTHING, including 4 cell phones and 2.5 lbs of clay balls. My scheduled delivery was between 2-6 PM last Weds. The truck arrived that night at 7PM. advised driver to reschedule. Heard today the new delivery date is Monday (no time slot given). Too bad someone from the delivery company did not bother to call ahead to see if Monday was acceptable. What if I have not intentions of being home that day? Store personnel claim the delivery service is "new" but to me Customer Service is not.
