Employee grabbed the lumber cart I was heading for (5 feet in front of me) that was in front of the store. I asked him if there were any others around since he grabbed that one, he pointed out into the parking lot and said, “there’s one.” Then turned and walked inside with it. Well, headed to Lowe’s now!

We had a 1:00 appointment for a quote on window installations. The appointment was made 2 weeks in advance. At 1:30 when no one showed up I phoned customer service and was told the rep had called in sick that day. REALLY???? We couldn’t get some type of courtesy call to let us know? Customer satisfaction must not be a priority of theirs. I will be contacting their competitors. Thanks for nothing Home Depot. I’ll spread the word how you treat potential customers. customer satisfaction
We went for the kids workshop. The staff were very friendly and encouraged the children to do it on their own. They knew how to encourage and appreciate the uniqueness of each kids project regardless of how hideous it might be. Would highly recommend this to anyone with younger kids who want to create with their hands.
Need to get a piece of PVC cut ( that I was buying there ) stuck out too far from the bed of my truck. Talk two different employees . And they were trying to find someone to cover for me. And they told me they would could do it. Then tried to talk to the Manager as she will you rudely walk by and talked at me . And told me that they don't do that .
