Was told I couldn't get military discount even though I showed my ID . My ID is expired (my wallet was recently stolen have to go get a new ID) But shows I'm a Veteran. When I said it shows that I'm a veteran then cashier replied in a snotty manner "I'm not going to go there with you" I will just go to Lowes where I have an account set up by my number!

I don't normally shop at this location, but needed to since it was the only one with my item in stock. The store power was out and could only take credit cards with raised numbers. Cashiers tried to charge 0.25% higher sales tax. I had to get 2 others involved to correctly calculate sales tax at 7%, but their head cashier told them to charge more (sub total x .0725). This screams fraud. I'll be checking my account closely.
I was at the store yesterday, NOT ONE employee had a MASK ON!!!!! Unacceptable!!!
no never dver shop there online or in store!. bought a $700 item with a $22 item they charge all at first. then a day later took off/refunded $700 item no explanation. but its still on the bill. im now only getting $23 item with no change to bill or notice about status or reason for missing $700 item. ive currently been on hold for 50 min trying to speak to a human. FURIOUS!
how are you guys going to limit the number of people entering a store then make everyone use the self checkout and no way to whip the screens or scanner in between checkout. You guys are probably helping spread this virus with that kind of stupid logic.
A huge shout out to Home Depot! I purchased paint in the incorrect color (my fault). When I called to see what my options were it was : 1.) It’s yours or 2.) Maybe we (Home Depot) could add a color. So we went to Home Depot and explain what happened. Caryn said, “Are you a frequent customer”? And I replied, “yes”. She credited the paint and I got the color I needed.
