Beware when buying 7 day carpet installation. Was told false information about Saturday's being included within that time frame. When install contractor was willing to go out of their way to accommodate Home Depot can't even get the carpet shipped...apparently my order has been loaded on a truck in Georgia for 3 days. So now it's a freight issue. When I asked why they can't expedite with a separate freight company I was told that my measly one roll of carpet wasn't important enough for that kind of hassle. So I buy a $2000 50" lawn tractor at the store. They do not carry the bagger for a 50" only 42 and 46. They tell me I have to order it online, so I go online and it says out of stock online so I call Home depot and am told it's out of stock because it's a seasonal item, Well the last time I checked Fall is the season to use a bagger to pick up leaves.If you sell the tractor you should sell the bagger for each mower not just a couple. Complete B.S. Thanks Home Depot, by the way you are getting your tractor back.
Buyer Beware.....When ordering product and install from Home Depot. Nearly 10 months of waiting, postponing, mis-ordering, employee time off....to place our home back in order from a $10,000. (1 window bank). This particular store has been receptive of our concerns / complaints....yet, corporate Home Depot has been horrible to work with - and you are forced to work with Corporate.
