I can't get anyone to respond! Bought carpet from HD, took them months to come and install, once they did they installed the wrong carpet!! They said don't worry we will compensate you once we fix everything, which of course took several months. And now it has been 5 months and no one will return a phone call or email. I have contacted corporate HD, my local HD, I have reached out on websites and anywhere I can. No one will respond, let alone talk about compensation. I just want to thank everyone who was running the kids workshop today. My two daughters did not like all the loud noises and you let us take the kits home and Gabe them aprons! They had a great time and I am so appreciative of it! Keep up the good work.
