Millwork employees are incompetent, bought and paid for a door and install. Then Home Depot kept raising the price after I paid. Buy from a local store instead.
Wanted to share my latest experience with Home Dept in Eden Prairie, MN. Today during my lunch break I walked in with a contraption I built out of PVC to flood our hockey rink that had broke. I was greeted by a gentleman who works there by the name of Erin Schaffer who asked right away "what is that and how can I help"? After explaining what it was and where it was broke without hesitation he grabbed a few tools and started to go to work.
