As usual customer service poor, at best. Assistance for clarification of an on-line order, poor. Location of like items in store; ie building products, confusing. Never return

Horrible customer service, and the employee who "helped" us had no clue what she was talking about, but of course there was no one else nearby who worked there.
Standing at the counter for 5 mins 2 sad looking guys working the counter didn't say a word one of the guys buddys walk up automatically helped the guy... Me still standing at the counter!!!!
