We had such great helpers tonight with buying our fridge. Melissa and Rio worked really hard to make sure we got the best deal and that the fridge was transported safely.
DONT EVER USE HOME DEPOT FOR FLOORING!! They contract out to Superior Installation of Illinois! Unless you want incompetent, unreliable workers!! Been since Feb and i am still walking on my sub flooring! Customer service is HORRIBLE. I WILL NEVER GIVE HOME DEPOT ANOTHER DIME FROM ME!!!
My husband and I went in to Home Depot tonight to purchase all the materials for our flooring and I've never been so impressed with an employee in my entire life than the woman in the flooring department that helped us. Beyond satisfied.
I ordered a countertop first they told me it would be in last week so I get to the store and it's not there. Then I called yesterday they said yes it was in, so I rent a trailer today I get there, they first bring out the wrong countertop, then tell me that nope it's not here. I spent money and rented a 12 ft trailer to transport this because they told me it was in. They told me a manager would call me and he never has. This is ridiculous.
Checking out, and I realized I needed to put a piece of drywall back so I'd be within my $50 budget for school, and the manager took it off my bill so the kids could still have it! My sculpture kids are so excited to try some drywall mud sculpting after watching it on Facebook. Thank you Home Depot!
