Ordered a washer and dryer. The wrong washer was ordered, nothing could be done short of waiting for the refund to appear on the card and order again. So I just accepted it would be what it would be. I typically don’t leave reviews but I feel that this is needed. October 10th we had a deep freezer delivered and an old fridge taken away. Only my mother was home and upstairs during the delivery while I was out. I came back 2 hours or so after the delivery and noticed my PlayStation 4 was taken including the controller and headset. My father reached out to Home Depot and we found out that they hired a 3rd party vendor to handle the delivery. We found the company and they are Linn Star Transfer with a 1.9 star rating. RecommendedToday Home Depot was extremely busy. My family was waiting in line at the customer service counters to return a product. The employee named Alexis handled being treated poorly by other customers with grace. She worked quickly under pressure. Later, one of my kids was having a meltdown and Alexis graciously came over to talk to my kids and offer them a Home Depot build kit to help ease his tears. We are super thankful for Alexis today! Give that girl a raise.

had a problem with delivery of new refrigerator and manager at wentzville mo store Josh Hess told us he would not help us and we had a bad attitude as a store manager you never tell a customer they have a bad attitude when they have a legitimate problem and we did. Josh Hess should be fired and replaced with someone who cares about the customers. Will never shop at home depot again
Bought a dolly curbside and when I got home found rust all over it. Management wasn’t helpful or polite in honoring my request to exchange or return curbside
I had bought a new oven really close to closing time and it started pouring! and they not only wrapped my appliance really really well for me they let me wait the rain out! very nice understanding people! definitely recommend.
Very good help. Never have to wait. Courteous and helpful..
