Our washing machine died..so we go shopping last night. The girl at Lowes in Bedford was very nice and helpful and I really wish I had gotten her name..but Bob at the Home Depot in Manchester was special...John asked what's the difference between the top loader vs the front load. Bob response with all seriousness was "one loads from the top and the other loads in front" We did find we agreed on I found some else to talk to but Bob inserted himself. Home Depot - Manchester Water your plants!! I had money to spend but not on dead plants!
I went to Home Depot to pick up some ant spray. Came across a young lady I think her name was Karen and asked about small gas grills. She showed me a 2 button one that was perfect for us, but the box would not fit into my car. She punched out for lunch, put it in her SUV and followed me home. She would not take anything, for doing it except a hug and a thank you. Tell me that isn't excellent customer service.
Home Depot-March Ave, Manchester NH.....They are awful to their employees....Worst place in the world, they don't care at all...my son had to go to the emergency room bc he has been really sick...found out he has a very bad case of hay fever...the Dr gave him a drs not for 2 days off...and he was told they don't accept Drs notes...and he was told by the Dr that working in the garden department was depermential to his health...they told him it's tough he has to remain in the garden department..if he doesn't like it to quit...... read more
