Absolutely worst! Had purchased bamboo flooring from neighbor via ONLINE FB Yard Sale. We brought a plank with us to match and Abby assisted with purchase of additional flooring and get a quote on installation. She NEVER said we had to have a receipt for the flooring that we bought! Took time off from work to have the guy come to house and do estimate. Got a RIDICULOUS estimate that included purchase of 18 boxes of new flooring! Called to get straightened out... told we had to have a receipt from on line purchase!! WTF? Tota... read more

I’ve had a couple of issues with this store, mostly based on my timeline versus delivery of construction materials. However, when my issues were voiced, Home Depot, Manchester, did the right thing and went above and beyond to make things right. My compliments to two professionals at the Pro counter. Bekki who runs that area, and a retiree, part-timer and gentleman, Keith, who is an absolute pleasure to deal with. While I may have lost time with my project, I’ve gained appreciation for the excellent customer service provided ... read more

I had a ridiculously terrible experience at Lowe’s yesterday trying to buy appliances. Was there working with a guy for over an hour & left very frustrated and without buying anything. Today I decided to pop into HD and see if any better. Got to the Department and almost immediately was greeted by Sarah. She listened to what I wanted, made some suggestions and, voila, 15 min later I was cashing out and expect my delivery within two weeks. Oh and I spent $1,000 less than I would have at Lowe’s. Such a different experience!!!

I want to give a little shout out to a young man working in the paint department...he saw myself and lia waiting for Dad to finish up some things and he genuinely looked over and asked if we needed any help, we declined, but then proceeded to ask my daughter if she wanted to help make some paint(she did look bored,lol)...her eyes lit up and I ofcourse was like yea go ahead! He walked her step by step how to make the color she wanted and wahla! She made PAINT! He was so engaging and as we walked off wished us a happy new year... read more

So i just wanted to get an estimate on a 10x10 carpet for my boys room and i had the unfortunate luck of getting a poor service from a guy named Jeff in the flooring/rug department. He was clearly having a bad day and i tried to make him feel better by asking him questions about how his day was going and tried to lighten his spirits asking if he was paid well and all he did was give me an attitude. I asked what the estimate with the memory foam padding would be with the carpet and all he said was no. I asked why and he said ... read more

Can't ever find someone to help with what your looking for. If you do find someone they claim they don't work in that dept. They say let me call someone. Really???? Stay in your dept instead of walking around! It's like Russian roulette going in there. Think I'll go to Lowe's instead.
