We went in to look at gazebos for our new deck and we're lucky enough to get Mary to help us. We saw a particular arched pergola and she was kind enough to call around to all other the local Home Depots to see if they had a new one in the box. When none of them had it she offered us the floor model at a really good discount. We left to go get a truck to pick it up and when we got back she had taken it all apart and wrapped it in plastic for us! She even printed an online manual to help us put it back together again! Closed off the two major lumber aisles today for over 30 minutes. Asked when it would be open...no one knew. Couldn't get any pieces I needed until I just stood around looking annoyed. Making returns later, not enough room for people to stand. One attendant. Finally another came... Just not a great experience on a Saturda afternoon.
Just want again to thank Caleb one of your employees for returning my pocketbook (with my cell etc. to the service desk after i accidentally left it in the cart out in the parking lot. So lucky to have responsible young men working there.Happy

My father's NH drivers license shows he is a veteran and was denied a discount by Home Depot. They said he also had to have a VA card. Is this really how Home Depot treats their vets? Horrible...
